Irish Equestrian Mental Health Project is an Omagh based charity that hosts a variety of in person and online workshops to help people get the tools they need to have good mental health and well being. The charity was founded by showjumper and equestrian coach Sonya McAleer and she invites everyone to come and join the charity at these events as they are open to everyone. A free counselling service is also available through the charity and again these slots are open to everyone.
