About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Website,
Marketing & Media Executive to support the
growth of our competition website. This is a hands-on role
for a creative all-rounder with strong
technical skills who can manage the website, run marketing
campaigns, produce engaging content,
and support live-streamed events.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management:
• Update and maintain our WordPress WooCommerce website,
ensuring competitions and content
are always up to date.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan and deliver email and SMS campaigns to increase
engagement and sales.
• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging posts
and adverts.
• Create eye-catching graphics, banners, and promotional
materials.
- Live Streaming & Events:
• Set up and operate cameras and streaming equipment for
live draws and events.
• Ensure professional video and audio quality during
broadcasts.
• Edit and upload event content afterwards.
- Analysis & Reporting:
• Track website, campaign, and social media performance.
• Provide reports and actionable insights for improvement.
- General Tech & Ad Hoc Support:
• Assist with IT/tech setup and troubleshooting.
• Support additional business needs such as competitor
research or creative projects.
Skills & Experience Required
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Strong knowledge of email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g.,
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Twilio).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g.,
Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Experience with live streaming and camera equipment
- Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to
improve performance.
- General technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot
issues.
Desirable Skills
- Video editing and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or reporting dashboards.
