Details
We are looking for a Personal Support Worker to support my 38-year-old sister, who is fun, easy-going, and a pleasure to spend time with. She is an independent adult with learning disabilities and enjoys getting out and about in the community.
This is a rewarding role where you will help promote independence and provide respectful, empowering support for daily living.
Hours of Work
Tuesday 12.30 pm to 6.00 pm
Friday 9.30 am to 3.00 pm
Minimum 2 days required, some flexibility available.
Location
Omagh and surrounding area. Must have access to a car.
Responsibilities
Support with grocery shopping and errands
Prepare and cook lunch for the following day
Help maintain a clean and organised home
Accompany her on outings and community activities
Essential Skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Friendly, patient, and supportive nature
Basic cooking and household skills
Commitment to promoting independence and choice
Willingness to complete an AccessNI DBS check (organised and paid for by the Trust) .
