Cinema Manager required Exlipse Cinema, Lifford /Strabane

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Cinema Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our cinema. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

The Cinema Manager will work closely with Operations Manager Louise (current General Manager), as well as the company Directors and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily cinema operations (box office, concessions, floor, cleaning).

Lead, train, and schedule staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Handle cash management, stock control, and daily reporting.

Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and building upkeep.

Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

About You

Experience in hospitality, retail management, or a supervisory role are preferred but not essential.

Strong communicator with excellent people skills.

Organised, reliable, and confident in making decisions.

Available to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
