Coach Wanted – Join the Fusion Team
Fusion Fitness is looking for a passionate, motivated coach to join our growing team in Omagh.
This is much more than a coaching role. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping people become healthier, stronger and more confident, while playing a key part in our close-knit community.
The Role
Coach Small Group Personal Training sessions
Support members throughout their fitness journey
Assist with member check-ins and general admin
Help create social media content and appear in videos
Get involved in community events and other gym initiatives
Help us deliver an exceptional member experience every day
About You
Passionate about health and fitness
Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people
Reliable, organised and willing to learn
Comfortable using technology and social media
A team player who wants to grow with the business
Hours & Salary
Full-time or part-time considered
Hours negotiable for the right candidate
Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
